She has trained everyone from Olympic athletes and gym rats to soccer moms, and people with disabilities. Lana is also an IFBB-certified International Fitness & Bodybuilding coach, powerlifter, life-long athlete, lecturer on all matters of fitness, and the author of three books on diet & weight loss. She is committed to providing her clients with science-based programs that are tailored to their individual needs and goals. With her proven methodology, she has helped countless individuals reach their goals, with higher success rates than anyone in the industry.
