The exact method i used with Ada for her life changing transformation?

Ada and I were a team. Coaching is a partnership, and when there is heart (to start, a client is a responsibility/gift rather than a cow I want to milk with the least amount of effort) great things can happen, sometimes even exceeding our utmost expectations, which was certainly the case.

Challenge 1:

Ada was extremely suspicious of the fitness industry. She has been ripped off and lied to. And the only reason she sought help was due to severe health challenges. I only came highly recommended because of my expertise in working with autoimmune conditions, Rheumatoid arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, and post hip and knee surgeries.
Building trust was hard, and I knew it can only come from whole hearted effort. And in order to get it, I must really deserve it. On the other hand, online training which I assumed is a hurdle, turned out to be a blessing. It made for a safe space for her. I found that to be true with almost all my clients.
Challenge 2:

She had a very complicated and picky palette. Her food choices were scarce mainly junk food. The only real food she would ever eat was pasta, bread and baked goods. Things like eggs, cheese, and chicken made her gag. She was also big on soda pop, 10 a day … at least.
Challenge 3:

She abhorred exercise, and although exercise in the traditional sense isn’t pivotal to my coaching programs, some amount of healthy movement is. So how do I get a beautiful vehement couch potato to move?
Challenge 4:

The mental part (no one is exempt from that, certainly not even me): the toughest, yet holds the key to all else. Binge eating, emotional eating, scarcity mind-set, instant gratification, low self-worth, and to finally believe that good things can happen to her and not just other people.

We went to work, Ada and me, hand in hand, our hearts in the right place, until we uncovered an insanely driven, goal oriented, relentless Diva with a gusto for life like you’ve never seen.

Method Breakdown:

-
Psychology, mind-set work (it wasn’t the motivational reels you see on instagram, it was heartfelt listening and talks and sharing, and targeted scientific methods that WORK)
-
We built a new identity, an image, she can now see it, almost touch, and she knew it will be hers
-
Nutrition coaching was in small steps, one building on the other. No deprivation, it was built on her lifestyle and food preferences, we also worked slowly (a method great chefs use) to transform her palette. I am happy to report that Ada is a huge health food snob now, she has an elite palette.
-
We made habit change our main target, we did not deprive, or deny. Very little was dependent on her will (the toughest will might fall apart after one bad day) but on changing her environment and life habits
-
We integrated movement into her daily life, in chunks of 5 minutes a day, and only she can make the decision to level up. At the end it was her decision to hit the gym, and Holly cow; today she is a larger than life trainer.

So much blood sweat, losses and wins, fights and even breakups at time. But you think it was worth it? You bet, we not only changed her life, we gave her one she never even dreamt of.
