As a woman who coaches trainers, and has been in the field for ages, I will tell you this: To date, there are very few studies done on women. The whole diet and fitness industry with all its good and evil was based on men’s biology and PSYCHOLOGY.

As a woman, you KNOW that neither men’s biology nor psychology is like yours. Yet, we give our power and full confidence to “male” trainers, usually in their early 20s.

 

That is maybe okay for a young man or a teenager, but what does this young, testosterone-boosted lad know about you and your potential as a woman? I will tell you, aside from exercises that enlarge your butt or diets that starve you and wreck your hormones, eventually sabotaging all your efforts (late-night binge?) he knows NOTHING.

It is a dangerous game the fitness industry plays with women's bodies and no wonder you rarely if EVER find a real “long-term” success story.
