1- You purchase the service online (in person if you live in the same area)

2- I contact you and we set an elaborate consultation session

​

3- I design a program for you and only you

​

4- We meet to discuss all aspects of implementing the program including monitoring progress and checkup

​

5- I will be in constant contact and available via the medium of your choice.

6- The program is tweaked and altered according to new circumstances, progress, and needs. This is a personal 1-1 long-term coaching until goals are met
